Age Limits for Piercing:

Over 16 must show government issued photo ID.

Under 16 must have permission from parents or a legal guardian,
preferably the parent/guardian should accompany the youngster to the shop
and sign our agreement form.
If it is inconvenient send a signed permission letter with details
for each specific piercing.
There must be a phone number on the permission,
where we can contact the parent at the time of the piercing,
(unless the parent books the apointment and we fill out our permission-form
while the parent is on the phone).

If we are uncertain of the legitimacy of the permission,
the parent must accompany the customer to the shop.

Under 12 must be accompenied by a parent.

18 years for girls nipples (as they may be undeveloped until then).
16 years for boys nipples.
18 years for genitals (unless the parent/guardian agrees)
